Shipping & Returns
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of when the order was placed
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
How to Return an Item
We at Poofer Supply want to ensure the complete satisfaction of your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Poofer Supply within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Defective items may be exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account.
Poofer Supply is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Some items can not be returned:
- Any item that has been used or modified by the purchaser
- Electrical components (unless unused in their sealed original package)
- Bulk hose cut to your specifications
- Electronic downloaded materials
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by clicking here
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label via email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
You are responsible to pay for all return shipping charges.
